ASMAR Magallanes, the southernmost shipyard in the world, is located in the Catalina Bay area in the Strait of Magellan. Its facilities include a marine railway for dry-docking vessels of up to 3,570 tons, a longitudinal transfer line of 212 meters and another parallel one of 135 meters with 9 docking positions, a pier of 300 linear meters for vessels with an average draft of 12 meters, together with a wide range of workshops, where it provides all kinds of maintenance and repair services for units.
